Laurie Lafrance is one of the Toronto Inline Skating Club’s founders. She formed the club along with Jocelyn Martin (Sicotte) and recruited skaters, getting the club off the ground.
She designed the TISC’s logo back in the early 1990’s (see below). Who knows how many people have a tattoo of her design somewhere on their body?

Bottom line: proper position is less about bending your knees and more about dropping your butt. Keep that in mind and your push will gain power.
