The Speed Sport Committee is going to submit a request to the Board that they waive the requirement for program changes. In that request, the committee is going to ask the Board to consider approving the requested program changes at the fall Board meeting instead of the spring Board meeting. The reason that the committee is requesting this waiver is so that the division changes can be implemented for the 2013 season (instead of 2014).
